Gural, why no BigM Cable TV Show on Racing Nights?
« on: August 14, 2026, 06:13:34 PM »
I mean a real broadcast, a live tv show on all racing nights.

A big upgrade from analyst, a here and there interview, lame mickey mouse bullshit.

Bring the people who produce for ESPN their shows, those who produce the big racing events like the KYD to NBC.

Get the broadcast numbers up and pick up some fucking sponsors.

Get the handle over $10,000,000 a night.

Expand the live gambling instrument to masses.

Get great interviews, legends, have prerecorded from farms interview most all the participants.

This still has time to happen if they stop acting like they're living in today's harness racing world and host something exclusive and special which is what racing at the BigM should be.

They connect with a couple of huge restaurant chains sponsors and on Friday and Saturday nights the fans from home can have great deals on ordering food and having racing party's.

Great deals on any kind of food.

$50, $100 specials and trays of pizza, wings, hoagies, dinners coming in.

Viewer handicapping contests from home.

Other giveaways, season sports tickets.

He has jerk offs working for him a bunch of imbecile yes men.

Yes but he has those people because they 'WORK' cheap. It's a day late and apparently more than a few dollars short.
How about a fork giveaway so the few patrons can confirm that they are done. ;D

FATSO goes by "fork" too.

M. Fork

This can get confusing, but I get your meaning.  ngc3

Gural is scaling back he'll get his casino.  tmbz1

NJ will get behind him to absorb the NYC money before they absorb AC's.

It's the smart move!  ;D

Give away fractional horse ownership with 1 year paid stable expenses.

They're not attracting the horseplop crowd, see the vision beyond that.

They have tried horse for a night, horse for a year, parts of horses. Generally people who already come to the track for those promotions, where are you going to stir up interest.

There is a lack of interest in Harness racing. There is a need for new blood. The old guard has no ideas and refuses to go away. The sport continues to die.
A track like Oak Grove opens with great purses. They have no handle and don't care. It is another temporary lifeline.
A professional broadcast would be great. Would the broadcasters be informed? Back in the day when a Harness segment was on ESPN they called drivers jockeys.
