Saratoga Race Office

Looking at the Gerrity pace. I noticed Beckwith and Macassey bring in the out of town horses to take all the money. The Race Office should be more clearer on whos eligible and have the horse race 4 times at Saratoga PRIOR to be eligible for The Gerrity Pace. The way they have it written benefits them, race in the INVITE 4x and is eligible. There is always speculation with Macasseys wife ,who works race office, helped make that happen.

Make it 6 starts at Saratoga.   Some nice horses with 90% or more of their starts at Saratoga racing for nothing after the infusion of outside horses in the last few legs. If a horse has won over $10,000 last 5 starts there is no other option other than shipping.
