Need some opinions Scioto Downs R8

I have a $4 tri if it is 2-1-6. 1 is odds-on. Kauffman on the 2 pocket trip. 6 first over and never gets within a neck of the 2. Turn for home, 2 pulls out passes the 1. They take the 2 down for interference with the 6. Noble on the 6 never pulled up and never got within a length of the 2. I know it is not a windfall, but it stinks.

Then in the final race 5 is odds on and the 8 comes down the passing lane and is right next to him at the wire. His nose is clearly ahead of the 5. They put up the 8. The 8 has to come back from the paddock and the driver is laughing. Scioto Downs is the biggest crock job track there is. If they can't come in as they're supposed to, the judges just made it happen after.

The #2's outward move and his back wheel lined up with the 6 hoof action, the 6 rushed up and might of made contact.  You never see that sh!t ending in a dq, was bs, sh!t at Mohawk that's the courtesy pull, the 6 would of backed up to last to allow it with those Canadian shmo hos.

There was a touch of interference with #6

but I am guessing judges make that call

maybe 1X in 40 races....


and the #6 didnt look like he was going to beat the #2

as well.

but he did come in contact with the #6

If you watch the race closely and concentrate on the right sulky wheel it comes in contact with 6 left front hoof then goes in between his feet for a split second. But why not just come up the passing lane or wait 2 seconds longer before coming out. I think judges made right decision. Doesn’t matter if he was going to win or not he made contact with horses left front hoof
