He doesn't have a chance at M1 once the top drivers settle in to driving the best horses. You are only as good as the horse you are sitting behind and he will be chasing monsters the rest of the year at M1.

Sure looks like a person that only wishes he had a tenth of the talent and brains. Some idiots forget, he's 23.  But the world has alot of jealous people. The mere fact that he drove last night tells a lot. And mind you. The horse he drove QUALIFIED for the Meadowlands pace from the 9 hole

Not rooting against him per say but against all on here that tried to make him out to be more than he is.
He lost some rides, yes. Mostly because of the top drivers actually driving there AND the horses that he
was driving have limped off to county fairs or any where that writes cheap enough classes for them. As
for QUALIFYING' for M[1] Pace, finishing 7th and getting in , speaks volumes of the state of the race or
at the very least, the quality of the field this year. Walk-over for Brandon Blvd.

Jealous

 ngc3 ngc3

Of working in a failed industry reliant on welfare to survive?
That has proven to be flled with animal abuse and cheating?

 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Give more horses to engblom and make more excuses
Im not the one who unfairly called him a phenom and john campbell. Was he not 23yo when those remarks were made?

To be clear. I don't care how many races beckwith wins. He could leap past Dexter next month for all I give a shit. It is funny though to remember you falling in love with him over the winter while he was beating bottom feeders.

What i care about is during the enblom suspension, beckwith gave a horse to him to train.
Why nothing illegal about that, it tells a sad story about character
Popped for OXYCODONE and gains new business from "top" driver while on appeal.
Disgusting

I don't care who has the best chance of being the next john campbell. Maybe someone will be maybe they won't.

There are so few young people interested in harness racing professionally so there may never be another campbell. Why would they want to be involved professionally?

1. History of animal abuse
2. It's a completely failed industry on its own merit completely held up by welfare with a future that is uncertain, at best.

Sweet

The injury wasn't a big enough wake up call.

His parents wanted him to get a degree.

Young man, not a kid, doesn't put stock in education.

Good news is if he stays healthy, no bad habits, saves his cash he'll likely have a future ahead of himself in this game or not.

Bad news, driving mostly drugged up, abused horses in a crooked industry with mostly crooked scumbags.

You can get injured, killed crossing the street, but this biz is full of yo yos and avoidable dangers.

Look at the imbeciles here, they could care less if there was $3 in the pool and if the drugged to the gills horse would break a bone, have a cardiac episode when all that welfare money could go in their pocket.

That's who is cheering for this kid.

RIP Hunter Myers.
