Like the grooms tube the fuckers, you're a fucking moron. The Burke brothers run the show and when it's time to pre-race, just like all the other juice trainers, the shedrow is clear.

You have quite an imagination. What caused such rage?     ngc3   Grooms have caused many positives with coke, cannabis, even coffee!

BS...If you are not cheating you don't get double-digit positives.
Learned from his dad who couldn't train Lassie to bark. Then one day went from a zero to top trainer.

Right and if I am not mistaken, couldn't even get a license anymore, hence his son's takeover.

Has over 75,000 lifetime starts! With a handful of positives that’s actually very impressive to me.

Honestly what's impressive to me is he has any positives at all, really. Most of these headscratching improvements top guys are 10 steps ahead of testing.

Not singling him out here.

You take the cake moron. Burke's positives aren't for coke, coffee and meth. Every juice trainer is always looking for a way to treat breathing and build their blood so they don't experience fatigue last 1/4 mile. And it isn't no imagination, the amount of epo, aranesp, BB3 purchased by trainers is mind boggling. Where are all the positives? You think Bill Robinson wasn't using it on all his horses? How about Ledford during his run? I could name about 10 others.

Burke is for sure the best in the business and what he does like or hate him amazes me.  He may not be hands on with every horse every single day but I guarantee he knows his operation inside and out.  Horses improve and go backwards all the time. Should a horse improve from Neal to Burke/A.Mccarthy? Yes absolutely but if I wasnt a meadows regular I wouldn't think Burke just got this horse a week ago and he jasnt won in 2 years. The horse was under wraps and looks ready to go on a serious tear and pave some serious miles. I'm a Burke fan and I personally like the big operations and the guys who dominate because they've worked hard to get there. With all this being said if you think Ronnie is a hay and and oats operation you're crazy... but with that being sad he doesnt get in trouble very often! Is he smart and ahead of testing? More than likely but also if you think guys like Burke or for example Per Engblom is dumb enough to risk everything on "narcotics" etc on horses i think you're crazy. Basically im saying it was a huge improvement and I'm sure Burke had "his blood boiling"

It goes both ways.  Burke offered, and my trainer and I accepted 25k for our 5yo pacer who was beating the nw8 cond claimers at the Meadows earlier this year.  Ran him once at Northfield, finished 3rd, and then fractured a pastern while training several days later.
By the way, when I mentioned Neal’s horse to my trainer this morning, he said that Burke told him the horse would go in 49 before the race!

Bingo, buddy.

The Burke's 100% run an outstanding operation in the following ways:

  • Classification - this is a huge advantage. They'll ship a horse anywhere if it fits a class it can win.
Vetwork - they do a ton of work some trainers can't or won't afford to do.
Money - they can buy a horse for any class they want.
Edge - they have it. I am not sure what it is, but they have it. Not the only ones.

They do not give one rat's ass what breaks down, dies, falls by the wayside in the process. When you have that much $$ behind you, I guess you don't have to.

It's a fine business model except for the fact that you're involving a living being. Which it is very clear they don't give a shit about.
