It seems like some tracks watch this carefully, and others don't.

I thought if you go inside 2 pylons, you will automatically be placed.

I thought if you go inside 2 pylons, you will automatically be placed.
      That was my understanding also. However I've seen it not enforced especially when they win by open lengths.   But if you go inside one and its the reason you beat another horse you're set behind them.
