I’m not defending the guy in the least, but he lost 6 horses in that Tioga fire, and was burned trying to put it out, so maybe his mind was affected by that incident, and something snapped.

Wasn't there a problem about lights on and off at Tioga a couple years ago. He's just a little unwell, hear's voices voices inside his head. CONTROL THE LIGHTS
