« on: January 26, 2026, 07:50:21 PM »
Why be a winter racing facility if you can't hire full time track crew......surroun ding farms cleared their tracks and a multimillion dollar facility has canceled again tomorrow..TUESDAY NIGHT.....need new DSOA DIRECTOR.....Need something to change....

Thankful for DOVER neglecting the track

They canceled last MONDAY after 1 inch of snow because they didn't touch the track until 3pm with a 4.30pm POSTTIME.....

Tuesday was not due to the condition of the track, but due to a statement from the state for people to stay off the roads.  The snow was followed by icy rain, which made the roads unsafe to travel. This amount of snow is rare for Delaware. Better to be safe than sorry.

That is correct.  Driving restrictions were downgraded but level one was still in effect.  Not sure what the reason for Tuesday is.
