funtime bayama, moreau, filion appeal
« on: December 20, 2025, 09:07:49 PM »
hearing  just getting started
already lawyers questioning the process and security of collecting and sending of the samples to the test lab

trying to suggest that somehow the samples were tampered with, were not in some kind of high security bag when received at the lab

typical bullshit, just try to deflect accountability, forgot the fact about guilt just try to poke holes in the transport
like somehow someway somebody was polluting the samples ??

Moreau got a bad deal here but it’s his own fault.     Trainer responsibility , your name is down as trainer.     Nobody cares that you did a friend a favor and that friend screwed you.

Of course, Moreau is a saint. So was Lance Armstrong.

Moreau is still winning races from what I've heard from some friends up there.

Moreau should've stayed away from stakes & stuck with being the top overnight trainer in Canada for years.
No need to take on any stakes talent
You should have stayed in school & got a job.
