Noble comes up positive for weed and amphetamines (ie, Meth) and gets a  $500 fine? Way too light for a penalty IMHO! When the test came back hot,did the Judges say " Bad news Dan, your test was positive and it will cost you $500,but your doing a great job monitoring your booze intake" or what!? SMFH
