Banca's testimony and evidence hasn't been unsealed...yet. As for him ever starting a Plop account. No, he used to have me come on here to fight his battles against guys like Hush Limbaugh. And Kirby? Imagine being asleep upstairs and mom was giving a lap dance to Jordan Stratton in the living room while Dad was taking a dump.
did stratton throw dollar bills at her?

You seem to think you know about everyone and have strong opinions too. Yet you have no idea what or who you're talking about. Troll away, like this is your first account too.
Right or wrong, drivers are hired guns. Independent contractors. Have whip will travel. Driving is their livelihood. Time immemorial drivers have driven for trainers who have done illegal things. Thirty plus years ago, John Campbell drove plenty for Bill Robinson. He drove plenty for Jeff LaPoff. Today, plenty of other drivers have driven for Allard, Gillis, Eckley, as well as Banca, Surick, and other trainers/people who got indicted, were convicted, went to jail, and so on.Who knew who did what and when is the issue apparently. If it wasn't, then there wouldn't be a question or discussion. This sport and industry needs to hold owners accountable-----and that is starting, that is happening-----vets, which is also happening, but what's next? Drivers? Good luck with that.
For over a decade this "kid" and I talked about this. You have no choice but to do business with these people, otherwise you go nowhere. But there's a fine line somewhere that I told him don't get in bed with them. When he started buying horses with Banca I knew he crossed over. He would then get into battles with him if he chose off and I said well you created that situation now. And when the Fed heat came on I warned him again that I told him they were listening. I totally agree with you owners should be held accountable. How is the question. I still think not only punish the trainer, cut off the money with the horse as well. In the end, they all end up selling their souls to succeed. If you don't, you're trapped your whole life at a place like Monticello.
How about if a horse gets a positive, he is barred from racing for x amount of days, weeks, months whatever.I think thats what they do in canada
