Mike, I'm trying to understand the reality, I myself, logic would dictate equal responsibility on the Trainer / Caretaker and or Owner, because ignorance is no excuse. Owners are proactive at their own will and put their reasonable trust in others, from your expertise what % on avg like we're seeing here falls on the Solely Trainer-Caretaker Owners only, they own the horse they need to do better by it, a care taker would have Nothing to do with a emacipated sick horse probably years after it retired, sad part is the grooms probably care the most for the horses that they care for definitely over owner/trainer Trainer-Caretaker & Owner Solely Owner
Some of the pics are so grotesque of the horses they want money for flagged photos. That's how disgusting you people are for allowing it to happen to the animals. You can duck and dodge and dive and distract all you want. You have issue with me because I expose all of you, including your so called "industry".
