For all the semi-annoying fuckface cunts like Pacer 2 who we kind of expect, hey you lost 2 bux, you're hallucinating, and every other fanboy / owner / friend who defended a Conspicuous STIFF JOB, guess what, stfu for a minute. Kenny too, except when I call out cheating for some reason he wants me to put on a wife beater and suck Ron Burke's cock, yeh, that's a real thing here.

Recap of what happened, 8/8/25 (Mohawk Judges Report) the AGCO judges made note of the
drive and interference in race 3 and asked JMac to come into the office the following Friday, 8/15/25.
On 8/15/25 (Mohawk Judges Report) the Judges heard out JMac and
"Reserved Decision".On 9/4/25 the judges made their ruling but buried it in a Flamboro Judges Report, nice work AGCO Assholes

Here it is...a 5 day suspension, $1000 fine, old news but not previously reported I think...
"- Decision from Review with James Macdonald on August 15 at Mohawk Park following his
drive with Chantilly on August 8. In the Review, Mr. Macdonald stated:
• He feels the horse was in a bad situation being a 3YO Filly taking on older Mares for
the first time and she had only had one race over the past two months due to throat
issues.
Page 2
• He and trainer Nick Gallucci told the Judges they had every intent to try to win the
race and keep Chantilly’s undefeated record alive.
• His plan going into the race and was to try to get away ahead of #6 Style For A Mile
(driven by Doug McNair) as she had recently made breaks and tends to struggle
and gap on the final turn by going wide.
• When JR Plante (#4 In The Spotlight N) moved out, he didn’t feel it was the right
move to follow that rival at that point, as Jody Jamieson (#2 Grit N Grace) also
popped the pocket and he was afraid of getting hung out three-wide going to the
half.
• In that moment, he felt he had two options – make a long first-over move or take a
chance to get out in the final quarter with the short field.
• Macdonald felt the best option was to stay in going to the half and in hindsight it
didn’t work out.
• When Ed Hensley (#5 Caviar N Crackers) moved first-over, he thought he could get
out when #6 Style For A Mile would gap on the turn – unfortunately, that horse kept
up to cover and Chantilly boxed in.
•
When Chantilly was full of pace in the stretch, he didn’t feel he could take her back
and swing out wide around #6 Style For A Mile.
• He tried to find a gap but was stuck behind a wall of horses – if a lane had opened,
feels she would have won.
•
Understands the importance of protecting the bettors and the expectations when
driving a heavy favourite. In this instance, he felt it was the right choice at the time.

• He has had almost 30,000 drives without any violation for an unsatisfactory drive.

• Judges reviewed previous races of Chantilly – in all her 13 previous lifetime races,
Macdonald had either moved her to the front by the half or was on the outside
advancing to the lead.
• Judges watched Chantilly’s next two starts – at Pocono and Rideau – where the
horse was put on the front; however, she was defeated in both starts.
• By staying in on August 8, the Panel of Stewart, Gillies and Lawrence felt Chantilly
had been driven in an inconsistent matter (AGCO Rule 22.11).
• Two Rulings have been issued against Mr. Macdonald:
• Ruling #3338511 – $1,000 monetary penalty – Mr. Macdonald drove Chantilly in an
inconsistent manner, AGCO Rule 22.11.
• Ruling #3338498 – five-day driving suspension (to be served September 21 – 25,
inclusive) for causing interference and making contact with another horse (Grit N
Grace) in the stretch. AGCO Rule 22.05.01(a)."
