With your 2 screen names I was expecting more than a clandestine fishing exposition and no answers, no basis in where, when, who, wtf is this thread...a little insight please as the genesis of this interesting topic which I'm sure happens.
I was not aware of a second screen name. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.  :o :o :o

I might of taken an already fucked up confusing thread and made it worse lol  ngc3

I quoted you and NBTT.

I figured with both yours and his screen name descriptions we'd get to the bottom of this thread lol  ;D

The Ohio State Racing Commission does not have the bandwidth to be an effective governing body!!

Go to the Ohio State Commission website confirms they have 12 full/part time staff total with 2 investigators for all of Ohio. They have responsibility for standardbreds, thoroughbreds, and quarter horses.

How can they be effective with this skeleton crew?

With the industry having very little public interest why would they want to catch people and give themselves a black eye ? If they look the other way they still have good jobs.

I don't agree that's what they should be doing.

I 100% agree that stuff is going on frequently, and worst, inside info into horse health related and possible outcomes for gambling purposes, envelopes of cash, gifts, favors, some one bearding horses for them.

If they want to know how to maximize their income and resourcefulness toward corruption, file a complaint with AGCO and watch their moves.  Watch Mohawk racing.   ngc3

AGCO is a joke these days far from the old days when the ORC actually cared and took action. Yes the suspended Gillis but McNair and Menary still stealing money left and right. And  McNair is in the same list the got Gillis for being on.

todd smith was caught red handed with a tube during a barn search. he only got 90 days. everyone knows they dont blood gas test the last 2 races at northfield so its anything goes.   1 box or 2 boxes it's your choice.
i know this happened in april but 90 days. seems very light.  if they wanted to keep the cheaters out they would. they just let them back in.

They should do barn searches daily.
And start blood gas testing every race. Take a lil bit of that government purse money and pay to test every race. You know to protect the integrity of the sport.
