Stewards made a horse run for purse money only because it was mistakenly listed as scratched for about 2 minutes an hour before the first race on that Talking Horses shitshow. The scratch was announced AFTER the first race of the late pick 5 so the horse had thousands wagered on him. Those who used him got the fav. in the pick 5, who lost of course. Too bad the horse didnt hold on to win, he ran second or the uproar would have been bigger.
