I watched that race eating a nice steak dinner.

I can't have a little peace in my life lol.

Maybe 7 sucked but that winning trainer Abreu he's a 23% winning cheat, his exploits are out there.

Had another horse that raced that scratched, the 4.

Scratch Reason - Reason Unavailable changed to PrivVet-Illness

Sounds like he didn't want to compete against himself possibly.

Dont take offense to this JT. But for me, Mitch Freidman is an autotoss. If I come down to him in a race, I will skip the race.
No offense taken at all bello. I value yours and SOME  others opinions on here. Hindsight I should have singled the 6 in race 11 and spread in race 10. What's that pay? ngc3

Nice, very nice JT, you and the Misses enjoy!

Give me a king cut of that with the bone and eventually the knife and fork go down and the 2 handed savage pops up, no matter where I'm eating it!   ngc3

There is a company that just sells the Prime Rib caps, pretty interesting.

Was a skirt steak, cooked on pan.  Usually I like really my meat fresh and rare, not that one, that needs to be well done, charred even, it's greasy.

Chewy too, you can choke to death!

I only wish!   ngc3

That sounds good.. I slow cook mine to  medium well with meat tenderizer, salt, pepper garlic powder and a shit ton of melted butter. By the time they are done, you could cut them with a fork.

I have a strong opinion about this

Friedman is horrible ..auto toss and not only that-if he is favored I go out of my way and bet around him

somehow he around a 11% career win percentage--but at NYRA he is maybe 4% tops

his horses go off long odds for a reason

Robert Ribaudo has the same auto toss status

Im lucky, my wife.. a great Sicilian woman and is a hell of a good cook. Not to pat myself on the back, but I'm not to shabby either.. one of many things we enjoy to do together. Our Christmas dinner with her family is meatballs and sausages, seared on a skillet first and then dropped in the roaster with her homemade sauce from the old country and slow cooked for hours. When the meatballs start to float, you know its done. Served with fresh salad, homemade dressing and garlic bread.
