Any information on the race?  Assume an accident.

Hopefully everyone is ok. Very meager bet yesterday, generally Sunday is pretty strong.

could have used sherry cushing as the outrider at windsor watched as the horse ran loose around the track. rusty a little banged up from what i heard. track has never been so dry and dusty. track crew is useless. needs water and more water..
sundays race 8. watson on rail sitting behind leader at top of strech. makes his own passing lane. judges put up inquiery on their own. spend 15 mins watching race. watson and horse clearly inside pylons. wins by part of a head. judges determine that horse got no advantage and was left up. how about if there was a hub rail, horse and driver would have been on the ground. but it was no advantage. im glad maine started sending the judges to usta judge school. id hate to think what would have been done in the past.

very very disapointed to see the maine trend of dragging every race. years ago 200k handles and races went every 20 mins. now we struggle to hit 30k with off track included. yet they drag every race. saratoga tbreds go to post within a min of 0 on the board. they handle 2000 times windsor but some retard thinks drag will increase handle. very few of my friends who i come back to maine to see ever stay more than 5 or 6 races. its just too long. we also live in a generation of instant everything. no wonder maine racing is dead.

tote not ready to open on saturday despite a week off. dust dust dust. not up to windsor of the past standards by any mean
at least it only took 2 races saturday for the fine sowers crew to be yelling and threating. you race a 10 claimer for 4 and it gets claimed but you want to shoot off your mouths. great job to mr bacon for giving anyone  in that family a license.

I was done with maine racing when they let sowers back in this year. Rawlings is probably next.
Maine racing has died but they will keep it going as long as the welfare money keeps coming from the state.
