Danny Noble 1-9.....And before you say anything no I didn't lose my 2 dollars.....BAD look for the sport!!!!!
3 wins at 3yo and all were 100% pm wins and the 4yo and 5yo would all be pm's - it's gonna come down to how they classify kyss and kentucky fairs? They have changed so many times and I think it's up to the race secretary. Yr's ago canada never counted fairs. You could have 20 fair wins 2-3yo and go race in NW4. They also didn't count the money from fairs way back when. It was like those races never existed. So based on the race i don't see anything wrong but after looking at the lines I would say someone better check because Danny may have not wanted to lose that win and take him out of that class.
Noble is kind of like Gingras, meaning gun to the lead and try and hang on. Its his driving style. It certainly wasn't his Dad's style. This race looked a little shady. He didn't gun to the lead and then he let himself get boxed in. However there were no anomalies in the betting, but the payouts were obviously huge. Lorentzon has been on fire recently so maybe this horse wasn't gassed up this night. To me it's 50/50.
There is a world of betting outside the mutual pools. Book makers, sports books, off shore, all kinds of stuff happening, where they can make their own odds up, go by track odds or fix / freeze the odds. Guy gets a $50k bet and says I'll give you 1/5 fixed, he makes another call and horse is buried.I've been there when it happened on the side of the happener.
