                Nobody hits the double with the 7 , so they pay the double on the 5 who came in 2nd.

How can a horse that finishes 2nd be part of a double, doesn’t make sense

4 - All
All - 7

If they paid out on the 4 - 5, which it looks like they did, then that’s just as bad as the Saratoga TBs running a race recently at the wrong distance.  It’s true, you can look it up!
