Skowhegan
« on: August 11, 2025, 05:05:19 PM »
Nice, hot day of racing in Skow town.  Two nice steaks.  Burke horse entered in an overnight race and wins.  I didn’t think the Skowhegan fair was on Burke’s radar.  Does he have so many horses that he is racing the Maine fair circuit now?

The fries with malt vinegar and salt can not be beat.
