I cook a lot of heavy, rich and delicious meals.
I drink water though.
I smoke.
While I'd love a hot pie w/ ice cream, or rocky road without and just the container and a spoon, dark chocolate milk shake, cannolis one of my favorites, I've taken a break - can't have everything lol!
This summer, I interchanged water with organic coconut water, delicious and very hydrating, maybe twice the electrolytes (better digestion too

).
Instead of salads which I've grown really bored of - I take apples, carrots , beats and a touch of small ginger root in a juicer - wow wow, this is awesome!
Seedless watermelon, cherries and my new favorite is
Cherry Plums, if you haven't tried these, find them and do!
