Special treatment
« on: August 06, 2025, 12:19:27 AM »
Does burke get special treatment in the industry?  If so Why?
What other trainers get special or preferential treatment? And why?
Do you think everyone is treated equal in harness racing?
Are there certain drivers who get special treatment? Who are they and why do they get preferential treatment.

Is it corruption?
Is it legal?

Race secretaries love him. He helps fill the box in a big way, making their job so much easier. Sure, he does very well, so most horsemen are jealous of him. I would very much doubt that there is any trainer in the States who works harder than him and runs such a huge operation so well.

Not me.  I draw the 7 and 8 every start.  I get taken down when my horse goes inside 2 pylons the first turn, Burke doesnt get taken down when he goes inside 3 on the last turn.

The other top trainers get special treatment as well. It is only natural to treat the regulars better. How does Brian Brown get treated at Delaware?  How does Virgil Morgan get treated in Ohio?  How does Erv Miller get treated in Indiana?

Wasn't talking to you Kenny.

Considering how consistently often you're wrong, the only conclusion is you like to be reminded and punished.  Guzzling huge amounts of human male semen at least keeps you alert, so...

The guy's at the men's room toilet are awaiting to be serviced by you, don't keep them waiting.   ;D

Every industry world wide gives preferred treatment to special interests.  It’s how the game of life is played.  .. police departments, politicians, construction, EVERYONE.   Why would it be any different in this game?

It's the reality for sure.

Problem being it's not a healthy environment, despite how prevalent and consistently common it is.

It's also weak, and not intelligent, and if a society wants to thrive it continues to hold all accountable under the law.

It doesn't always work out, visit a prison.

I like being honorable, having integrity, and law abiding, I sleep well, am focused and worry free.

Some countries often implement street justice when the law fails.

I wouldn't fuck with 250 million disenfranchised Americans living inequitably - just like Trump came in on one side of the barometer the exact polar opposite might show up next time and make it a real bad life for the bad guys!  ;D

But is it right? I know he gets preferential treatment but is it right.  Is there anything illegal about it?
Such as when he serves his days. Is it corrupt?  So he has a lit of ponies to fill boxes. If he didn't have them someone else would.

Is the whole system and industry corrupt? I would think it is.
