Grand River (5/8's track) has a card that starts at 12:30pm, a matinee tomorrow.  7 of the 11 races look nice, some big Finals too.  Weather looks nice in Elora (Ontario), Canada tomorrow so likely FAST.

The finest, most talented Canadian drivers cheating lowlife scumbag cunts from the Mohawk driver colony will be there tomorrow and doing double duty at Mohawk that night.

Lots of stakes races all over too - Ocean, Monti, Red Mile, Mohawk, Dresden....specia l mention ****Yall Keep Dreaming -  fastest 1/2 mile 3 yo trotter racing this year will in Ocean Downs race 2 at 7pm.****

In T-breds the Manitoba Derby  ngc3 at Ass(hole)iniboia Downs   ngc3 ngc3 too!  I'm passing on it!

This thread will be blowing up tomorrow with wagers - see ya!   ;D

Trigger..enjoyed your press release 'adjustment'

Mohawk's biggest names along with the top B track druvers plus one interloper, Mr J Stratton, participate on the 11 race card.

As you said lots of good races on the 5/8 w/ passing lane, 80 degrees and breeze..great day to be out there outside of Kitchener...(Ill be taking advantage of the provincial holiday live)..itll be solid crowd and handle, and if youre there, just 45 mins to Mohawk for 6:30 monday nighter too.

The top features:
r10 fillies Battle of the Belles, all in off eliminations last week
r11 the boys Battle of Waterloo no elims , just tough young customers from variety of tighteners.

Good luck if youre participating or out there.  'Industry Day'

It is interesting that Stratton traveled to drive some longshots.

Good info, thanks, but let's study it out.

I chased JMac to Red Mile last week and lost almost $70 with some blind bets on him as study time was scarce, had a good day though overall but 0/3 on him.

It is "Industry Day" in Canada

Battle of Waterloo at Grand River--race 9-#5 Allstar Maniac w JMac looks tough to beat-will be odds on
Manitoba Derby at Assiniboia Downs(which I like)-#7 Take Charge Tom looks 1/5 for Diodoro
Hastings has their "Big Day"--5 stakes races and the other 4 races are upper level allowance/optional claimers

and of course the real highlight is at Ocean Downs race 2--Y'All Keep Dreaming-who will pay $2.10 to win but is fun to watch....over/under I have at 18 lengths for margin of victory

good luck to all tmbz1

YKD will pay nothing yes, but I look at cold ex, tri and sups.  In larger fields, not 6 horse like this we've seen 2.10 horse on top pay at times 3 figure ex, tri, and sups, sometimes 4 figure on the sups with huge longshots behind them.

The 1st race at Grand River I'm going 2,4,5.  I think the 8 is going to struggle with top drivers inside, and those are the likely beneficiaries.

absolutely

I will try the same in The Manitoba Derby

I did not mention Fort Erie-no stakes but a very good card for them starting at 12:15 EST

Good luck with that race!

Papi the reason I'm winning lately, while not winning a lot of those races I'm betting, is because of not going for every combo and box on everything and I'm using the longshot more on top than reverse, and reverse as a saver -there is a time and place for that.  Or the cold numbers and have 5, $10 straight tris and sups w/ only 2-4 part wheels.

I'm not picking a million winners but my betting tactics have improved, far from perfect, but yeh, better.

I get it--anyone who boxes a superfecta that is 12 combinations--and 11 are losers before the race starts

I stick with win bets --but if it a heavy favorite I do a cold exacta or trifecta as you mentioned

good luck today

In the 13th at Chester Harrah's yesterday I bet the 4.

10wp
2 ex ky bx
2 ex straight
1 tri and reverse

Cost was $116.

Luckily the 1/9 ran out and the 4 won.

I didn't bet the sup because it was $60 each way.

$120 further commitment would of swept the super pool of $1960.

That's betting more than 5% of the pool.

The 4 I knew would be long, but still on top double the money for the exacta I played.  Funny thing if the 1/9 would of won or finishes 2nd to the 4 I might of actually lost money.  This time I got lucky, but I didn't have time to go thoroughly go through the race so the bets went down like that, this time.

Good luck today boys. I will probably fire a little at Grand River and Finger Lakes, possibly Ellis Park. The Ass track is always tough sledding. I should have fired an extra 80 bucks on that pick 5 at Mountaineer yesterday and included the 8 in leg 3. I hit the final 2 legs.. it paid $1500 for a 50 cent pick 5 My ticket was like 80 bucks, it would have been 160 instead. Live and learn, on to the next. Luckily I slammed the trifecta with the 9 on top in the last race ;D

The real JT lol good one  ngc3

I had an all the 9th race p3 but East End crapped out it died.

Gad you blasted that tri!  Well done!

East End cost me $500+ in future KYD bets, good thing I went with Godolphins other, Sovereignty to actually win in the end over 1k.  Those loses seem to keep adding up for me with that asshole!   ngc3

Is this todays official handicapping thread?  Monday is TROT day at Saratoga harness. Usually some value.

We should have ADMIN create an exclusive handicapping section.
