The dispersal begins?
« on: July 28, 2025, 09:53:54 PM »
Howard Taylor has a listing on ongait.
His comments include:
“He's part of a major reduction of holdings.”

Didn’t Eric Cherry just say that, and then change his mind?

Wonder if Howard is seeing the walls closing in.

The walls have crushed and closed out his racing life.

Time to cut ties, and expenses.

If the fuckface is lucky no one circles back to re-investigate criminal and he stares at the calendar awaiting any statute of limitation to run out, then he's home free.

Until then, sweet dreams you filthy twat!    ;D

Who would want to partner with Howard or Cherry for that matter?  Cherry will not see a renewal of his KY license when it comes due.  Once he has to apply in other states that 35K fine will have to be disclosed or he will by falsifying application.  Game is over for Howard and Cherry.  Hidden ownership and lying to the commission will get you the DENIED call.

Cherry needs to worry about PA coming after him for frauding them for the Breeders awards.  That's state money and a FELONY for lying on breeding applications.
