PEI racing commission and judges should be ashamed of themselves to fine two guys for slow half's. Allards mafia get away with two of the biggest races; one being the worst governors plate ever. The judges like free beer and Rene is happy to supply them with it. Racing commission has to go. Judges should call Mike brown to get a lesson none of them would know a horse from a cow although Allard and macrea have epo and could make a cow pace.
