I would say its very likely he does. Since aprox 20 of the big wheel trainers DO OWN PERCENTAGES

His release date is now August of next year year. He won’t even serve 3 years before he’s out. He was sentenced to more than 5. How is that possible? He earned that much good time credit?

Where do you think the feds are USTA are getting all this information for these fines?  It's called reduced time for singing.

How is he not getting time added with it being well known he’s conducting horse business from jail?
