I judged them based on level of difficulty, style, execution and horsemanship.
I didn't realize Bartlett added some never before seen elements such as the "cooler wrap" and the "Al Jolson Mammy" knee slide into a stand. Not to mention a belly whopper even Frosty would be impressed with. Ronnie nailed the asphalt water ski into the single knee burner. He also stuck the landing when he got tipped out. But at the end he did have a lot of help finishing. So I gotta score it 10-9 Bartlett.
