I thought Kentucky would be different. They're holding their first stakes races this weekend on an at the very least questionable untested racing surface that even PJ Casey Larsen last week said isn't ready, then did an about face. But even worse, go on Highbramble's Facebook page and see who they have pics and video of unloading a horse on the property. Bobby Brower?!? Why not just have fucking FRED BOURGAULT stop by to sign autographs too! After being told all this I made a call to the KY Racing Commission who are extremely nice and told me he does not have a license and hasn't had one since 2016. Audio is in the YouTube vid I just posted with him walking a horse into one of the barns. AND....of course the USTA issued him a conditional membership which is vaild....
