Somebody got plopped numerous times for peimine, which is in these supplements in the subject line.  So the owner, driver, and trainer get hit with loss of purse, and fines and suspensions for the trainer.
I’d be interested in what recourse they have against the manufacturer and distributor of these products.
I won’t publish the write ups in the fines and suspensions list on the USTA website, but we know he’s a plopper.

Subject line cut off the list:  Open Air (Peak Performance Nutrients), Power Pak Nitro (Peak Performance Nutrients) and Respi-Free (Omega Alpha)

You would think someone who is usually in the middle of suing someone or serving yet another suspension would learn to lay low and shut up. And two of his owners are also earning on the Thoroughbred side as well. One a close family member. Guy doesn't seem to learn now does he.
Ask Howard how 'irrelevant' I am...

Sometimes the best thing to do when you're not doing well is call it night, and take a break for awhile when you'll be in a better frame of mind.
