Nobody up there ever gets busted with the exception of a TC02 test. Guys like Cullen came from nowhere and now sit at the top. And he doesn't even buy decent stock, many are ill breds and they go in '50 like it's nothing. There's others as well that can't lose a race and step everything up two seconds.
