The " Velvet Glove" was his nickname for about 2 decades tmbz1

he did Fort Erie for a few years after that dispute with WEG then he retired a couple of years ago

I know he retired but I could swear he's back announcing at Ocean Downs. If you listen to last night replays it sounds just like him.

for sure it is frank
was calling races at ocean downs and was retiring i think in 2023 but i guess he is back
he would be 70 yrs old now
