You act like this is a novel idea. Of course Ford was the only one who can ask for a new vote. You may not like it but he was and is the PRESIDENT of the SBOANJ and he had the authority to do so. It happens all the time a board doesn’t agree with the President. He goes out and lobbies them to vote his way. You can clearly see the Board wanted NO part in paying $200k to anything they were NOT CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED to pay!!! How did they go from 13-1 against to 14-0 approved??

If the SBOANJ Attorney made it clear this issue wasn't the responsibility of the SBOANJ and the Board reflected that in initial votes, why did their leader fight so hard for the opposite?

And just a few things here. If you actually READ what is happening here. First ALL OF THIS IS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. Second, two people here who think they're GOD. If what is said in these depositions regarding Mr. Gural having his attorney communicate harshly to the SBOANJ, he was threatening them. AND, Mark Ford covers for Mark Ford NO MATTER WHAT. There was NO CONTRACT between the SBOANJ and anyone making them obligated to pay anyone a penny. August 18th........BE THEEEEEEERE!!!! Maybe get Roger outside the courthouse.
