8 more days and Tim Crissman and Art Stafford Jr, are free! Be interesting to see what horses they go down as trainer on.

We know Stafford is using Andrew so that won't be a surprise.

Have a feeling Nicky going to lose some customers unless Timmy is scared of another positive and they will continue letting her be down as trainer.

Crissman doesn't have that big of a stable, and since he's had no money coming in for 6 months, I highly doubt he's going to be stupid enough to take the risk.

They've had the goods on him forever.  Nothing sticks to Teflon Tony aka the brown stain, aka the truck doctor.

Tony is 66 and still does well, and I'm sure has enough money tucked away that even if he ultimately is charged and suspended, can just as easily retire comfortably.

Lare, King, Teague?  Don't know many others from Delaware that had World Champions.
Daryl Bier had 2. Special t Rocks in 2012. 1:48:3 ,4 year old gelding on a 5/8ths at Pocono and Higher and Higher in 2011. 4 year old mare 1:49:2 at Dover. Both world records at the time.

George Teague had an incredible run but where is he now?  Probably disgusted with the game when bums like the ones on the Harrington program take the money nightly

George only has Delaware bred horses now, and none are anything special, probably losing money on all of them.

Speaking of Daryl, he died of a heart attack last year at age 57.

Teague and King will not spend much of their own money looking for a big time horse--combined with not associating with deep pocketed owners anymore means they wont be competing on the Grand Circuit

Sure everyone can say they are buying busts and losing a lot of money-but when you are spending a few thousand here and there--that is not really losing much in the grand scheme of things

they are both happy buying cheap, local DBFS horses and have little risk

everyone can yell "see, no more juice"--but that simply isn't the case

Most of Teague’s are homebred and king still has a couple big money owners.  Not sure where you are coming up with this info.   tmbz1

what big money owners?

the last "big thing" Teague trained was Lather Up--more than 5 years ago

the last "big thing" King has trained was Lyons Sentinel--also years ago

can you please name a horse, either theirs or someone elses, that costs a lot of money and failed?

they haven't tried for Grand Circuit horses since then

that's what I am talking about

as far as their own--they both have their own farms and costs are minimilized

Teagues young horses were monsters..When he lost the steroid/blood recipe he became normal again. I don't see him at the mission or Social Services getting assistance, So. I assume he's doing just fine with his homebreds. Leave the guy alone. he's not the one you need to worry about. Look how much money the Givens are taking out of the Delaware sire races and then we'll talk!

Not clue what threelyons racing or paton racing paid for yearlings.  But I bet some were pricy.  There are two big money owners.  Is that enough?  Teague hasn’t had many owners outside friends and family for years.  And even then it was mainly him and a couple owners that did well with homebreds.  Why you getting so worked up?
