David was driving for Canadians and didn't pay taxes  on the Canadian money.  Not to mention the 3 Dui's in recent history.  Andy Miller was only on American owned horses and didn't have issues.  Kakaly drove and probably slipped through the cracks.  I gurantee the Canada border has a complete list of the drivers now and they will all be denied now.

Is the claim this is a work visa issue? Given that Dunn is from New Zealand and their govt doesn’t hate Canada I could see them getting it worked out in a week.

I’m a bit confused if the DUI accusation is true ok I see why he was turned around.  But why would driving for Canadian and didn’t pay taxes on money he hasn’t earned yet have anything to do with it?
