Is horseplop a cesspool, yes. But this is all public record , there is nothing Gillis can do. He may have cooperated with the government to not get jail time, but that does nothing to allow him to not be banned from racing. Why Petrelli has to post this and the various racing commissions didnt look st them i still find astonishing.
