In 2018 when he defended Nick Surick regarding Northern Virgin he knew EXACTLY what BB3 was used for. Later when he was questioned for purchasing it over and over he had no idea. Why is this important? So far we have seen AGCO act in less than three days and penalize Jeff Gillis with a 10 year suspension for PURCHASING BB3. We have plenty of evidence proving Mr. Taylor PURCHASED with the intent to use the same medication on how many horses? Will the states and USTA finally act accordingly?
