Ira is harmless. Don't know about him picking up the check or not but he never hurt anyone.

Ira would get his dead drop snitch $$$ in the Lincoln Room upstairs. Langley would have Jim Hannon as his bagman/delivery boy.
Ira would bust out nearly every night then go downstairs and beg Cindy for $20 to stay in action.
When Ira had the Fix-5 for the whole pool, he stiffed Lamar Wingard on his cut, and gave Rocket an IOU for 1/2 of his cut for going dead with 2 live horses.
Doesn't surprise me 1 bit he didn't pay a check. Heard he used to skip at Round the Clock restaurant often.

Yes I said it before and I’ll say it again. Nobody has more snitching awards won then IRA.  He’s a big goof.
IRA “the snitch” is just a bad person.  How much longer can this guy live? And we lose good people like Mike Arnold and this bastard IRA is still breathing air.  Life just ain’t fair. Go die IRA and make the world a better place.

Ira still owes my mom and pops $1500 from balmoral in 2005. They helped him pay his rent and then he just ghosted them.  It’s too bad that Ira turned out to be this kind of person. His kid isn’t much better
