First they hookup with Sandra Sokol for a few years and she wins at will at The Meadows with their horses, including many knocking several seconds off their previous starts for other trainers.  Then she leaves in February, and they now use Justin Pirillo.  He’s winning at a 35% clip with a UTRS of .501

Not that I expect it to happen in PA, but if a trainer starts winning at north of 30% and some unbelievable top 3 #'s.....I say out of competition testing, cameras in the barn, security, race out of the detention barn, and so on.

Sad state of affairs in PA. HISA certainly has made improvements there on the t-bred side.

I have heard stories that allegedly both are multi millionaires. Howard supposedly is the brains behind the operation from what I hear.(not sure why they don’t spend more on horses)

And don’t forget these high %s are in direct competition with Burke and Presto in many races.
