I meant USTA allows anything.......Ke lsey Wagner transferred 35 horses in one day.....I never said CLEGGs horses were Wagners.....just comparing bizarre transfers that USTA ALLOWS

just a few financial questions
1. is there a paper trail of funds that show a sale and a purchase
2. that is deemed as income to the seller, or were the horses gifted to new owner
3. any purse earnings or sale of horses now flows to new owner, maybe some agency should follow to see if any of those funds are gifted back to original owner
4. regardless you know this stinks and someone should be following up to see why the scam
