The man who has Security Guard Cote on the payroll and who also as the owner of a private business has the authority to ban anyone for any reason? The answer is NO. They are fully aware of who the woman is and had multiple complaints from horsemen, the horse was allowed to race. But now with the revelation that the state is aware that she was given and passed the trainers test having never worked a second in the business shit is hitting the fan. From Columbus Ohio to Goshen NY to Albany NY.

Fact, AND they even tried to take credit for the investigation when in fact it was one NYS Trooper Investigator Holli Schoonmaker who took my first call and literally got this puke convicted of two felonies while Gural and his security guard Cote did NOTHING. Yet put out this press release slapping that woman right in the face like she was nothing.
I was in the loop every step of the way while Holli got this done. From exhuming the carcass to the necropsy "both paid for by a member of my Facebook group" to gathering the professionals to testify and those at the farm INCLUDING the girlfriend Bourgault was abusing to keep her quiet and still facing 7 more felonies for that. Never a mention for the actual law enforcement professional who got this done, not a fucking security guard with a chip on his shoulder. Come on, it's been 14 years since he took over M1. Getting any casinos in Bergen have gone backwards. Not to mention you're talking about two different states. How can I make up what is clearly documented. Maybe people should start complaining rather than post on Horseplop.

There still could be a possibility of a casino imo as soon as NYC gets them. What I'm saying is that the licensees in NJ will be evaluated and scrutinized when that happens. Something like this no matter where it took place looks horrendous. No way NJ would want to grant a guy who makes these types of decisions their north jersey license. No way. No shot.

It's nowhere near Trenton and has to be passed by voters. Last time it lost by landslide. First you have to get approval from AC, then approval in Bergen. Best of luck. But I see what you mean, he's got enough money to outweigh ignorant decisions. The states don't care as long as the money comes in.
