NYSS, Excelsior, and County Fair. The interesting part of the bill is IT'S RETROACTIVE TO MARES BRED IN 2024! The bill has passed the Assembly and The Senate, it will soon arrive on Kathy Horsefaces desk for a signature! Wow, Steves got clout.
