As luck would have it there's a leak in Albany that leads to me and a few days ago I found Mr. Jones' scathing email to the breeders of NYS as well as those in power of the NYSS and NYS Horse Breeding Development Fund of which he is a trustee. This is escalating QUICKLY now that it's out in public. I was just informed that there are individuals who breed in NYS who are suddenly being denied their stallion bookings for 2026, one in particular is right here at Goshen Historic Track and beside himself that he cannot lock in his mares for 2026. This all because ONE person is telling other in NYS that if you don't like it SELL YOUR MARES and get out. Now what does that tell you? Check NYSS Code Of Ethics #6 like I've been saying for years and you will understand why no person who profits or is in the business of breeding in NYS should be a trustee of NYSS or NYS Horse Breeding Development Fund.
