Who takes the entries? Who seeds the races? Who isn't a licensed racing official and is in control of events racing for a purse and wagering? Might want to ask the NJRC and M1 management how this works. I guess using their practices anyone can apply for the job. Joe DeFrank is doing backflips in his grave.

How about when they changed the conditions for the MADC specifically for “mask on mask off”. Thats when i knew he still ran the club. I feel like that may be illegel

I don't know that David is actually running the MADC operations, nor do I know about the details as to the process, draw, etc.-----but I will say this-----David Glasser has been in this sport and business a very long time. Since he was a kid. His father was a major owner for decades, and David, and his brother, Neil, both drove a lot of the horses. IMO, David is a stand-up guy. One of the good guys. He pushed early on when there were questions as to money and other possible improprieties and he prompted other board members, and Gural, to look into everything and straighten everything out so that the organization was properly run, in compliance, etc. If he was going to run the organization, I'd feel confident that the right job was getting done and all was proper, legal, etc.

Well he doesn't run the organization and Jason Settlemoir wanted no part of him doing it. Fact, nobody except the actual Race Secretary by rule is allowed to organize or seed any race. You know, a licensed official? Does that clarify it for you? Lest not forget when he rewrote a condition to allow his own horse to fit a class. See in the real world that's called "interfering with the outcome of a legalized gambling event". Remember genius....these are pari-mutuel races. Not fair races in bumfuck. Actual wagering events at The Meadowlands. But reading your response gives me plenty of insight as to who you really are. And how could we forget him telling Joe Faraldo he will "bridge the gap" regarding racing Faraldo's horses on Hambo day a few years ago. I don't forget. Jackwagon.  ngc3

Parents of Glasser boys owned about 15-20 horses which were stabled at meadowlands and trained and raced by Charlie Fitzpatrick who actually did well for him.

And you should know, right? Remember you and your brother beating the crap out of horses "racing" head to head at Bar-Lyn? Dieter "Bob" Flamme used to tell everyone he put up with it because your Mom and Dad were good people with spoiled brats. Then remember when they would sponsor races at Goshen and you would get beat in them? BEATING THE TREE with a whip by the grandstand like a fucking spoiled brat baby. Nothing has changed has it. Now what are you gonna do when the NJRC keeps an eye on who arranges the pari-mutuel MADC races at M1? You do realize you aren't licensed or accredited to write and seed betting races....right??

And, you left a few more things out. Like this post here, only one outsider other than Mr. Y was present at the meeting where they brought you in as well when people were being accused of what you stated here. You put into print who it was that wanted DY out. And minutes later you contacted Joe Faraldo who posted what was happening at the meeting before it was even completed! You really are stupid aren't you. I assure you the NJRC will be paying close attention to who handles the MADC races inside the race office upon the new race secs hiring. And why don't you tell everyone how you contacted DY's accountant trying to obtain his personal finance records and tax returns? Think I don't know? Yeah, real stand up guy.  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

I think it's time you call DY and apologize. You know the man responsible for pretty much everything you have? When you had squat and no career he taught you insurance, financial planning and finances. Would give you all the slam dunk leads so you could make some real money. And then you ambush him? I repeat, only one other person was present during that meeting and exactly what happened there was posted here a few days ago.  11.wp

As I was saying, only two people know what happened in that meeting. One was present at the meeting texting the other as it happened. Read both of these. I rest my case. This was posted on Facebook in real time as the meeting happened. Right buddy?
