By the way the authorities looked into Ray training his horse and I was correct. The veterinarians concluded that they were watching the horse train because he was sore at high speeds only as documented in the veterinarians statement/letter.  Two veterinarians verified this so once again, Mike think twice before you open your dumb mouth.

Oh only at high speeds and trainer Janet Durso made an equipment change. Everyone saw the videos. I deal with the same thing in NYC. The HORSE never LIES.  Plus he broke another one down last week.
