Finished 4th and then i saw the horse dragging him.  Heart attack?

Possibly, but he is headed to the hospital and is aware of his surroundings and talking 🙏

It is with great sadness I pass along the loss of longtime Michigan horseman Skip DeMull after suffering a cardiac arrest during the races last night……..deepest condolences to Skip’s wife Julie, family and friends………Buck and I will always remember Skip as a tough but very kind funny man…….rest peacefully Skip.

Usually, if your heart attack isn't a massive widowmaker, you usually pull through...

He was "conscience"?  For those of us reading this that made it past eighth grade, the correct term is "conscious".  Just another example of the brain dead horsemen that are on this site.
