There is a HRU article saying S. Filion stay was denied. He wanted to drive up until his hearing. Didn't he decide to take some time off?

Yet 9/10 people in Ontario will tell you Moreau didn't know the Fillions were loading up THEIR horse with EPO. And why is it that the other brother, Justin, STILL hasn't gone to see the judges or investigators as requested?
