Pretrial hearing the judge might put him on probation. If he goes on probation you can't leave the state. I'm going to guess if that's true the judge might let go to Meadows for work. Just my guess

Really!!!. He's a stupid loud mouth drunk. You make him sound like John Gotti. He's not the first alcoholic, drug addict etc. to be caught on tape being STUPID and bad mouthing the cops. He didn't learn the 1st 3 DUI's, it's on him nobody else. How many on here have driven when ya know ya shouldn't have? If it was another lower level driver no body would care. Hopefully he'll get cleaned up in jail. He's just another drunk nothing else, he didn't kill anyone.

im still not sure you can travel out of state without permision from the judge when there is a felony pending. i maybe wrong.

There is no probation until after a sentence has been handed down and that doesn't happen at the pre-trial hearing. First you have the pre-trial hearing, then an arraignment to see if there is probable cause, then either a guilty plea or it goes to trial.

Google it. Can you be put on probation at pretrial in Ohio
