They didn't cuff him until they were ready to take him back. The entire time he was sitting in the seat he was uncuffed.

Driving in Ohio on a 12 point suspension is automatic 3 days jail and 6 points. Shows you how much remorse he has.

If they didn't know who he was I'm sure they figured it out. I mean he only said Google me how many times? I'm sure one of them did it to see what it brought up. What I liked the most was they acted like they didn't give a flying fuck who he was. They didn't play into his bullshit. They let him run his mouth all he wanted because all he was doing was hurting himself.
