He did miss a day.  He missed Thursday at the meadows.
Unless he wasn't listed which I would find hard to believe.

He drove horses last week.  Did he drive at Northfield that night?

Yes, he has nine drives that night.
Don't delay, Coggins today!

If it's his 1st offense and he's found guilty he'll probably get probation, pay a fine, have to do some community service, and maybe attend a course of some kind.

Jenny alluded to the fact this isn't his 1st one earlier in this thread. Sounds like some loss of license to me.
That menacing add on isn't going to help his case for leniency.

Won't miss a drive.  Hasn't been convicted, and even if he is...won't miss a day!   tmbz1
Nothing will happen on his license without being convicted.  Sounds like more than alcohol could be involved.   When you drive over 4k races a year winning 800 plus races a year you think you'd be a bit smarter

Very few people in buggy racing have brains that function

He's not the first, and won't be the last. At least he didn't kill anybody.

Sad to see him continue to struggle off the track. Has driven for me on numerous occasions and is a super approachable guy. We're a flawed race people, so maybe send him some good vibes to get the help he needs. I know I'm sending them his way.

I blew .278 .. dont even remember driving that night. 90 day license suspended with 2k fine and lawyer fee close to 10k. I received a hardship license to travel to work. The judge said I could drive to my place of employment and TO THE TRACK. My lawyer argued since I had a couple signers and they took taxes out (and proved it) he claimed I was a professional gambler and the track was part of my income.  I could drive TO WORK AND THE TRACK ONLY.  Where else did I need to go??? Other than the fine it was easy peasy.
