Imo both are horse abusers, Clegg egregiously over races his horses and St. Louis has never really be known for his horsemenship. But to dwell on St. Louis past is redundant, give it up. Think of the money he has lost in his career because of his F up. He was easily one of the best drivers in Canada when he was there and I'd venture to say he could be top 5 almost anywhere if given the opportunity. I'd say he has paid the price and did his time. We have a president with a worse past than St. Louis.
